Tales from everyday people with bizarre and supernatural stories to tell. An Essex policeman tells how he had a ghost for a neighbour, a trio of Scottish folk talk about an alien encounter and a Gloucestershire couple who relate how they were hunted by a leopard.

Here are some answers to questions you always wanted to ask - and a few more.

In tonight's show how the film The Lion King was made and how a former secretary from Southampton, Louise Hillier, has made a difference to the lives of the Rwandan people. She works for the Red Cross and tries to anticipate what the village people will need so they will be able to survive until their first crops grow and they can feed themselves. Plus a profile of the work done by RSPCA bird expert Tim Thomas who has helped save the lives of thousands of birds by helping to clean those covered by oil leaked or shed by oil tankers. And finally how over 80 per cent of 8,000 premature babies born each year are saved by new technology and the dedication and devotion of the medical staff. Presented by Desmond Lynam and Jenny Hull.
