presents a series looking at herbal medicines. Whisky and Wildflowers. On Scottish mountainside
David Bellamy finds the absorbent and antiseptic sphagnum moss, the world's first disposable nappy. He shows us plants that have the power to staunch the flow of blood. He pays tribute to a dram of malt whisky as "a herbal tincture without equal", and, while sitting in a bath of porridge, extols the virtues of oats as a cure for eczema.
