' Beam approach ' is the R.A.F. term for the modern method of landing on a radio beam that has brought a new security to our airmen in fog and mist. or ' Is Life Worth Living ? ' An exaggeration by Lennox Robinson. Arranged for broadcasting by the author, and produced by James Mageean
Inish is a small seaside town somewhere in Ireland, of not much importance except during the three summer months, when it is a point of attraction for people seeking sea-breezes and a holiday. It has only one hotel of any size - the Seaview Hotel -owned by Mr. John Twohig, the most important man in the town. It is in his sitting-room that the action of the comedy takes place.
