' Beam approach ' is the R.A.F. term for the modern method of landing on a radio beam that has brought a new security to our airmen in fog and mist. In today's broadcast one observer is in the central control tower, the other flying with the pilot as the aircraft approaches the aerodrome for a blind landing.
