Nasir Ali Alsenaidi, a student from Oman, was ordered to be detained in a maximum security hospital after stabbing Terezia Sternbergerova to death and seriously injuring Kathy Moore. But the subsequent decision to send him back to his homeland left his surviving victim angry and traumatised. Narrated by Philip Glenister.
