For 18 months, the BBC crew was given unrestricted access into the secret planning and execution of the resistance to Israel's disengagement from the area. Leader Datya Itzhaki 's video diary follows the story of people fighting against the government's plan to evict them from their homes. Then an escalation of drama, both personal and national, culminates with the Israeli army surrounding a compound where an armed family and their supporters were barricaded.
