Leeds Rhinos v Toulouse The second Challenge Cup semi-final sees rank outsiders take on the Super League grand-final winners from West Yorkshire (kick-off 1.45). Toulouse are the first French side to reach this stage of the competition, having pulled off a shock 40-24 win over Widnes in the quarter-finals. Today's winners will take on either St Helens or Hull FC - who clashed yesterday - in next month's final at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium.

4/13. Aberystwyth to the Wirral. The latest leg of Nicholas Crane 's journey takes him from Cardigan Bay in Ceredigion to the English/Welsh border via the seaside resort of Llandudno. Along the way he hears the heroic story of how two bridges were built across the treacherous Menai Strait. Joining Crane are anthropologist Alice Roberts , who explores the biggest prehistoric copper mine in the world, historian Neil Oliver , who unearths a Welsh Atlantis, and zoologist Miranda Krestovnikoff , in search of the elusive leatherback turtles. Continues on Friday at 9pm.
