Was teenage sailor Simon Parkes the victim of a serial killer operating in the ranks of the Royal Navy? Parkes went on shore in Gibraltar on 12 December 1986 and vanished without a trace. Thirteen years later, the bodies of two young men were found in the Hampshire countryside. One of them was a young sailor and both went missing on 12 December. This documentary investigates if there is a link between the cases.
