UK champion Mark Williams, from Wales, meets England's Peter Ebdon in this afternoon's match. Williams snatched the 1998 Masters title in dramatic style when he beat Scotland's Stephen Hendry on a re-spotted black, while 29-year-old Ebdon lost 9-5 to Hendry in the final of this season's British Open.
