Murder in Tiger Bay
A special edition of the current-affairs programme addressing issues of interest to black people. In 1952 shopkeeper Lily Volpert was murdered in Tiger Bay, Cardiff. Mahmoud Mattan, a Somali sailor, was found guilty and hanged, In 1969 another local woman was the victim of a similar attack, leading to speculation that Mattan was innocent. Eddie Botsio reports.
