'We're finally getting the knack of it, Jeremy. Smile at the camera, talk rubbish, do as we're told and keep our fingers crossed.'
'Yes, Lisa ... wonder why everybody seems to be watching No Limits if that's all we do.'
'Probably because of the great music, fabulous film clips, riveting interviews and fascinating information about cities like Belfast, which we're flying to now.'

At the age of 23, Elizabeth James is a self-confessed alcoholic. She celebrated her birthday in Cookham Wood Prison, Kent, serving a sentence for being drunk and disorderly and criminal damage. In prison, she told BBC South that she was determined never to drink again - two months after her release, she was back in court.
Elizabeth is not an isolated case - of the 109,724 people convicted for drunkenness in England and Wales last year, nearly half were under the age of 30 and almost a quarter in their teens.
Reporter Sally Hardcastle traces the mixed fortunes of Elizabeth James in and out of prison.
