A programme for children at home.
Presenters this week, Julie Stevens, Terence Holland

Christmas is nearly here, and although Thursday's story is 'The town that forgot it was Christmas' Play School certainly hasn't forgotten.
A Christmas tree arrives and Julie and Terry begin to decorate it, and on Tuesday the toys dress up in warm clothes and everyone goes for a sleigh ride in the snow. The pets receive their presents on Wednesday, and the arched window shows some of the glittering Christmas lights.
Friday is the last Play School day before Christmas and so the final present is put on the tree and Terry tells the story of 'The First Christmas'.

Or are they so frustrated by niggling money troubles that they eventually abandon science altogether, or emigrate to the U.S.A. where a physicist, here paid £1,400 a year, can earn £3,000?
These are some of the questions that scientists at many income level discuss in tonight's programme.
