England and Northern Ireland both have great hopes of gold in the gymnastics women's all round. The host nation have British champion and European bronze medallist on the asymmetric bars Beth Tweddle to cheer on, while the Irish have Holly Murdock , who is taking part in her last competition before going to university.
Plus highlights of the women's 500m and men's 1,000m track time trials from the National Cycling Centre. England expects Olympic gold medallist Jason Queally to take the title although Scotsman Chris Hoy may have something to say about that.
