Pam Rhodes joins thousands of people in Bolton's
Victoria Square to celebrate the 17th Commonwealth Games. Taking part are a 350-strong children's choir, athletes, games organisers and some of the Christians who are contributing to the success of the events in the North West. Hymns include Praise My Soul the Kingof
Heaven; Shine, Jesus, Shine; Thine Be the Glory as well as a new song featuring the "Manchester wave". Coverage of the games follows straight after this programme.
