Tonight the focus is on athletics and topping the bill are the semi-finals and finals of the men's and women's 100m. Hosted by Sue Barker, Michael Johnson and Roger Black.
6.45 The women's 100m semi-finals.
7.05 The men's 100m semi-finals, in which England three great medal hopes, Dwain Chambers, Jason Gardener and Mark Lewis-Francis, will have the great Frankie Fredericks to contend with. The final is at 8.35.
7.30 Kenya's Reuben Kosgei, the defending champion, and Wilson Boit Kipketer, who holds the 800m world record, should feature in the men's 3,000m steeplechase final.
7.40 The women's 400m semi-finals may well see Catherine Murphy in action. Last year she set a Welsh indoor record on her debut at 400m.
8.00 England's Daniel Caines should feature in the men's 400m semi-finals. In 2001 he won the gold medal at the World Indoor championships, to confirm his breakthrough into the realms of top world class athletes, although a injury restricted him to just two outdoor races.
8.25 Having made her debut initially in the triple jump, England's Shani Anderson has concentrated on sprinting and could well be in contention in the women's 100m final.
8.35 A new champion is guaranteed in the men's 100m final after current holder Ato Boldon of Trinidad pulled out.
