Live coverage of the 22nd Flora Marathon run through the streets of the capital on a winding 26-mile journey from Greenwich to the Mall.
This year, both double Olympic gold medallist Haile Gebrselassie and British distance runner Paula Radcliffe will be making their marathon debuts. In the women's elite race Radcliffe will face defending champion Derartu Tulu and two-time London winner Joyce Chepchumba. In the men's elite Gebrselassie will have to overcome last year's winner Abdelkader El Mouaziz , world-record holder Khalid Khannouchi and three-time London champion Antonio Pinto. In the women's wheelchair race Paralympic gold medallist Tanni Grey-Thompson hopes to win the event for the sixth time.
As with every year, the field of competitors will be complemented by over 30,000 Participants in the "fun" run, many in fancy dress, hoping to raise money for charity

Fulham v Chelsea
Live coverage from Villa Park (kickoff 7pm) of the second of today's FA Cup semi-finals, a west London derby between Fulham and Chelsea. Encounters between the two teams are often closely-fought affairs - in their last meeting, Chelsea ran out 3-2 winners and will be hoping to repeat the feat to book their place in the final, which they last won in 2000. Both teams will be relying on imported talent to supply their striking power, with Chelsea's Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Eidur Gudjohnsen looking to outgun Fulham's Steve Marlet and Louis Saha. There are also highlights of the other semi-final between Middlesbrough and Arsenal that was played at Old Trafford earlier today. Concluding the live coverage from Augusta of the first Major tournament of the year. Although there have been many dramatic finishes over the years, 1990 was the last time that there was a play-off, when Nick Faldo beat Ray Floyd at the second extra hole to win a second Green Jacket in a row. This year, Tiger Woods will be hoping to emulate Faldo and retain the title he won last year.
