Tonight recalls the frantic time when a conference for the world's rubber-producing countries arrived at the hotel. Life is still hectic for general manager Eileen Downey, but now she faces customers who are turning up to meet the stars of the TV series.

As the Government appoints a fraud-buster for the Health Service, Panorama reports on cases involving doctors and opticians where millions of pounds have gone missing or have been falsely claimed. At a time of growing waiting lists, the Government has decided that fighting fraud is one area where more money has to be spent.
