A series of ten programmes
Introduced by Johnny Morris and Terry Nutkins
Johnny, Terry, Gemini the sea-lion and Brolly the cockatoo, back with a studio full of animal guests. They include a fearsome alligator-snapping turtle that has a most extraordinary way of encouraging fish to swim into its mouth.
Electricity can be a dangerous thing, especially for the prey of the electric eel. Johnny and Terry look at some electric fish which generate enough power to illuminate a sign in the studio. And why's Terry driving an armoured car? To discover if it's as strong, as fast and as manoeuvrable as a charging rhinoceros. There's a visit to the Seal Sanctuary in Cornwall, and to a lovesick penguin in Gloucestershire.
