This year the Metropolitan Police celebrated their 150th Anniversary. The culmination of the celebration was the Tattoo at Wembley Arena in the presence of Her Majesty The Queen.
Outside broadcast cameras were there to televise this unique occasion of variety, music and pageantry, featuring all aspects of the Force from 1829 to 1979.
