A pace-setting adventure series starring Ben Gazarra as Paul Bryan, a man with no ties and no time to spare.

Paul goes to North Africa to see his old friend Pete Gaffney testing a racing car built by a rich Greek industrialist, and soon finds himself at the wheel when a disagreement puts Gaffney out of the running. The world speed record is of prime importance to the Greek, but so is his attachment to a beautiful woman whom he has known since childhood and her devotion lacks constancy when Paul is around. Blackmail and bribery are only two of the ingredients in the final settlement.
