Some records of the good old songs and tunes
Here is another recorded programme recalling the good old days of music-halls, when glasses bumped on the table beneath the benevolent eye of the master of ceremonies. The BBC has a fine collection of records by old time music-hall stars, but it is always anxious to add to this list. Should possessors of old music-hall records that they think might be of interest to the BBC care to submit a list of them, the Corporation will be glad to consider them with a view to purchase. Lists-but not records-should he sent to L. A. Perowne , Broadcasting House, Portland Place, W.1.

Commentaries during the second half of each match by Raymond Glendenning from the Empire Stadium, Wemtley and at 4.40 by H. B. T. Wakelam from Kingsholme Ground, Gloucester
Here is a particularly interesting broadcast showing England and Wales playing football under both Association and Rugby rules.
From 4.15 to 4.40 the last twenty minutes of the Association match at Wembley will be covered by Raymond Glendenning ; from 4.40 to
5.0. H. B. T. Wakelam will give a commentary on the last twenty minutes of the Rugby match at Gloucester.
So far as this winter is concerned, the Rugby teams met at Cardiff, and England won comfortably. The Association teams have met twice. The first match at Cardiff ended in a draw; the second, at Wrexham, was won by England by 3 goals to 2.
