The Kew family have finally sold their former home in Yorkshire and have moved lock, stock and biscuit barrel into their new home in Brittany. But now the real work has just begun on their plans to run a B&B. The house needs major renovations - and in order to realise their plan of renting rooms out to contract workers at the local abattoir they've got lots of hard graft ahead.

An intimate portrait of small-town life which follows the lives of four teenagers growing up in Campbeltown, an isolated town set within the beautiful surroundings of Kintyre on the west coast of Scotland. It has little to offer its young; its old industries are now barely viable, there's no swimming pool and the cinema is shut on a Friday night. These teenagers are faced with trying to find work locally or leaving for a new life elsewhere.
