1/2. Are we only as old as we feel, or do we think and behave differently in our twilight years? This experiment concludes the Time of Your Life season by giving two young people a sneak preview of their future life.

At 32, Nick Sydney lives entirely for the here and now - he has no pension, savings, or career in the making. But when advanced prosthetics and make-up wind his clock forward by 40 years, he samples life as an OAP. As he journeys to the day centre, the seaside and goes on a dance holiday in Spain, his outlook on the future changes radically.
