Financial wizard Alvin Hall continues his fifth series in which he helps people sort out their bank accounts and settle their money worries. Marie Mulcahy from west London has never been good at running her finances, but following the breakdown of her 12-year relationship her debts are spiralling, particularly since she's spent the equivalent of almost a year's salary on phoning premium rate psychic lines. Hall shows Marie how taking control of her emotions will help her sort out her finances.

The Goddard family from Coventry are the latest recruits to be whisked away by professional relocators Scott Huggins and Melissa Porter. Their destination is New Zealand, itself going through a renaissance as the location for the Lord of the Rings trilogy. But, with a new business to set up and two children to care for, will the Goddards adapt to living on the other side of the world or will their life end up as claustrophobic as it was back home? A fictional UK transport crisis develops over the course of one day - 19 December 2003 - in this dramatised documentary. Made in the style of a classic retrospective documentary, with hindsight interviews with key players (primarily played by actors) and mock archive footage, the programme looks at a catastrophe and national tragedy that unfolds when the warning signs of over-burdened transport systems are ignored. Narrated by Tim Pigott-Smith.
