The only survivor of the crash, she spent two weeks lost in the Amazonian jungle as search parties tried to explain the plane's disappearance. Herzog, who was due to fly on Koepke's plane but was bumped at the last minute, tells her remarkable story. The Enigma of Kaspar Hauser follows.
