Craig Rame , who writes in a totally modern idiom. was born with something like Donne's talent. I can understand the chorus o/ praise that greeted his first book: almost every line he writes crackles with invention. It is not fair that one man should have such inexhaustible brilliance: but the Muse, bless her, is never fair.
