A phoenix too infrequent
Le Corbusier's Villa at Potssy outside Paris was completed in 1931 for the Savoye family. It has recently been restored and will soon be open as a Le Corbusier Museum. STEPHEN GARDINER , an architect, saw it at its most desolate moment in 1946 and again this summer.
