Lucy Duran puts together a picture of the different traditions of Turkish and Greek Cypriot communities in England, attending a Greek Cypriot wedding and a Turkish folk dance class. The younger generation is aware of the past culture and customs, but is gradually absorbing western influences such as rap, jazz and cabaret into traditional poetry, music and dance.
