Plus a search for exotic recipe ingredients discovers just how easy it is to track down such items as porcini mushrooms. Presented by Johnathan Maitland. Last in the series.
This week's programme comes from a diving complex in Aberdeen, where a high-tech piece of diving equipment called the stealth rebreather is demonstrated. Low in noise and lightweight, it enables divers to stay metres below the water surface for up to six hours. Plus a report from Italy on a dinosaur fossil which contains recognisable internal organs.
