Most developed countries screen women for breast cancer every two years, but in Britain the gap between screenings is three years. To make matters worse, up to a quarter of breast-cancer screening units are failing even to meet this three-year requirement. Reporter Katie Derham asks whether this is a factor in Britain's extremely high breast-cancer mortality rate.
