In tonight's film, PCs Steve Mann and Paul Philbin are on the trail of villains who can disguise a car's true identity in hours - a practice known as "ringing". The team carries out raids to try to recover more than £200,000 worth of stolen vehicles, and then attempt to unravel the history of one of the cars they manage to reclaim.
