A series in which well-known people reveal how they coped with losing their health.
Margot Hemingway was once the highest paid model in the world and on her way to international stardom but she guarded a dark secret - the eating disorder, bulimia.
Tonight she talks frankly to
Lynn Redgrave about her fight back from the brink of despair and explains that she now realises that "the idea that you can go through this alone and get better is silly. You have to tell somebody because you are only as sick as your secrets." The film also follows her journey of self-discovery in a London hospital specialising in eating disorders, where she explored the reasons behind her bulimia. She says: "I learned so much there. It's very hard because there is a lot of pain but nobody can love you until you learn to love yourself." Producer Sally Dixon

A documentary series taking a comprehensive look at one of the world's most powerful and mysterious organisations. Hi-Tech Low Cunning Tonight's programme examines the role of technology in espionage. It was technology which consistently put the CIA ahead of its intelligence rivals. Indeed some felt spy planes, bugging devices and satellites were taking over from spies.
Among tonight's revelations are new details of the shooting down of Gary Powers 's U2 spy plane and the extent to which the British were involved in helping the CIA with this top secret surveillance project over the Soviet Union.
There is also film showing where the CIA's top spies were housed in Siberian labour camps and Edward Lee Howard
, the only known CIA officer to defect to Moscow, gives his view on this era. Executive producer George Carey Series producer Peter Molloy
