Roland Rat Superstar with special guests Pere Ubu
'Yes ratfans, Monday is here again and for the final time this series, your chance to watch a fab, trendy Rodent extravaganza. On this emotional occasion, the final Rodent Roving Report comes from the Ironbridge Gorge where Kevin and I have taken a step back in time to discover what it was like in Victorian times. Music in the Rat Cave is supplied by an American band, who have flown in especially for the show and are appearing for the first time on British TV, the fab and groovy Pere Ubu.
Finally Mum and Dad are in a reflective mood and the series ends with a surprise music number by guess who! From all the gang till we meet again, I love ya lots, and what do we say - "Yeah!!"' Conceived by DAVID CLARIDGE Written by DAVID CLARIDGE

with Mark Curry The Power Houses by DOROTHY SMITH
Those strange ruined towers that cling to the cliff tops in Cornwall were once the power houses of Britain's greatest industrial county.
They housed the engines that powered the pumps and hauled up the tin from mines that reached out under the Atlantic Ocean.
William Crago was 9 years old when he first went to work down the mine.

Not in Front of the Tourists by ROBERT CHESSHYRE
Turkey is the 'in' place for Britons to go in 1988: over 400,000 will be holidaying there this summer, twice as many as last year. But how much will they learn about
Turkey while they are there? Robert Chesshyre , author and ex-Observer foreign correspondent, travels through Turkey to discover the hidden cost of tourism.
He meets disgruntled tourists in Marmaris, a peasant in the hills who is lured to his first encounter of tourist gold, and international hotelier
Bent Poulson who confesses: 'It is sad but, you know, we hoteliers are spoiling the world'.
