This week Paul McDowell reports on: The Build Up to Live Aid
Tomorrow a billion television viewers worldwide will tune in to the biggest rock event ever. The top stars will play in massive concerts on both sides of the Atlantic, linked by satellite, and hoping to raise £10,000,000 in aid of famine victims in Africa. Paul meets some of the stars taking part, including Elton John, Tony Hadley and Gary Kemp of Spandau Ballet, and Bob Geldof, the man who inspired Band Aid and made it part of rock history.
