The last of five dramatic journeys in people's lives with Desmond Wilcox.
Afton Blake , an attractive and successful psychologist, is also an unmarried mother - bringing up Doron, her blond 2-year-old son, in a wealthy suburb of Los Angeles. Doron will never meet his father, and will never know his name. His father is a genius, and a sperm-bank donor, known only as Donor 28 Red. Now Afton wants another baby by the same donor from the sperm bank, which specialises solely in high IQ fathers, it's even known as the Nobel Sperm Bank. She knows her decision has put her in the forefront of controversy. So did Donor 28 when he was tracked down and interviewed. Research JAN RIDDELL
