The world's greatest dog show

Nearly 10,000 dogs compete for the title of Supreme Champion 1981. Each dog already has to be a champion, or to have qualified at a championship show last year, just to enter this competition to try and take the title from the flat-coated retriever who was last year's winner.

Stanley Dangerfield looks at the two days of competition that go to make this, the 85th Crufts, the highlight of the dog year.
