The last of the series of special television debates.

Ludovic Kennedy calls Robin McEwen to prove this proposition and Anthony Lincoln, Q.C. to disprove it.
Each side calls witnesses to substantiate its argument. The issue is debated before a panel of thirty lawyers and a specially invited audience.

Robin McEwen claims that sightings by reliable witnesses, photographic evidence, and serious attention from academic circles indicate the presence of a substantial and remarkable creature in Loch Ness.

Anthony Lincoln contends that there is insufficient scientific validity to support a belief in the existence of a monster in the loch, and that all the alleged sightings can be explained in terms of normal phenomena.
