The programme has had access to the key players, including Secretary of State George Robertson , as they argue through the issues inside the MoD and with other government departments. The Review, which is to be published shortly and is currently being discussed by the Cabinet, examines the work of the army, navy and air force, and restructures them for the likely conflicts of the 21st century.
