Communicating Underwater
Lisa Walker is a classically trained musician who has taken her music into the waters of the Pacific Ocean to collaborate with musicians of the underwater world - humpback whales. In this scientific exploration of the whale's song, underwater recordings of her compositions on violin are fused with the actual sounds of the whales to create terrains of her, and the audience's own imaginings.
