Dave Douglas with BCMG: Blue Latitudes
Recorded at LSO St Luke's in London, New York trumpeter and composer Dave Douglas performs a new work, Blue Latitudes, inspired by Captain Cook's nautical explorations. Performed with Birmingham Contemporary Music Group, Douglas is joined by improvisers Mark Dresser on bass and Susie Ibarra on drums and percussion.
