What was the architecture of the French Revolution? Was there such a thing as a Revolutionary style? Joe Mordaunt Crook ,
Professor of Architecture at London University, in the company of Professor Robin Middleton , visits some of the architectural landmarks of pre- and post-Revolutionary Paris: the Rotunde de la Vilette, the Pantheon, the Chambre des Deputees, the home of Napoleon and Josephine at Malmaison, the Palais-Royale, the Arc de Triomphe - and the Louvre pyramid.
