Billy Dodds (Sam Green) runs a television studio in his parents' cellar. But the cellar is also home to three monsters: Herbert (a loveable giant), Rocky (a dim troll) and Vera Venom (a snake-headed creature). The villainous Vera wants to take over the fledgling TV station, while Herbert and Rocky cause problems for Billy, too. (JR)
