In the first of two special programmes from his native Australia, Rolf Harris gets a different perspective on the Olympics when he meets the endangered frog that forced the engineers to rethink their plans for the Olympic park.
There are Olympic events for Rolf too, including boxing with a kangaroo and chasing a reluctant wombat.
See Choice.

[Photo caption] Rolf Harris learns about the simple bear necessities of wildlife in Olympic-mad Sydney when he relocates to the Animal Hospital in Oz

Factual: Animal Hospital in Oz 8.20pm BBC1
Australia's wildlife can kill you. It is home to some of the most poisonous reptiles and insects on earth and to some of the planet's most weird and wonderful creatures. It is also Rolf Harris's native land, so who better to present this two-parter than Aussie's most famous export. He returns in the run-up to the Olympics to discover how the Games have impacted on the fauna and to meet some of Sydney's animal lovers. Green and gold bullfrogs are an endangered species so when it was decided to build the Olympic Village on their habitat, they built around them. It has frog tunnels and fences to accommodate amphibians. Also featured is the fruit bat, considered to be among the greatest pests to farmers, who have at least a few friends in the Gough family. Ghoulish comedy starring Anjelica Huston and Raul Julia. The arrival of baby Pubert leads to some "deadly" games in the Addams household as the jealous Wednesday and Pugsley try to dispose of their new sibling. But when Gomez and Morticia hire a nanny for the new arrival, her motives prove to be even more sinister than the Addams clan itself.
