Live coverage from Lord's of the NatWest Trophy final. This year, one-day cricket's showpiece occasion has produced a North v South clash. Lancashire are chasing a double having beaten Northamptonshire in July's Benson and Hedges Cup final. Neil Fairbrotherwas Lancashire's main scorer in that game with 63, and England skipper Mike Atherton fell just two short of his half-century. The Red Rose county are the only side to have previously won both one-day trophies in the same season.
Essex have enjoyed only one success in this trophy and that was 11 years ago.
Former England skipper Graham Gooch was a member of that team and last month he anchored the Essex side in their semi-final victory over Surrey. Current

Action from today's key games in the Premiership, including the clash of the roses at Elland Road where Leeds United entertain rivals Manchester United. The new-look Leeds side will be hoping for a repeat of last season's corresponding fixture which they surprisingly won 3-1 with goals scored by Gary McAllister, Tony Yeboah and Brian Deane. However, with Yeboah injured and McAllister now at Coventry City, Leeds will be expecting Ian Rush to hit the back of the net. Another Leeds new boy is Lee Sharpe, who joined the Yorkshire side from today's visitors for £4 million and he will be keen to impress against his old club.
It is Manchester United's ex-Leeds star Eric Cantona who will command the most attention from both the players and the crowd. He moved across the Pennines four years ago and is now arguably the most valuable player in the Premiership. Surrounded by an array of talent, Cantona led the Manchester side to the double last season - the Frenchman completing this record feat with the winning goal in the FA Cup final.
