World War, this country would have been forced to surrender.
It was vital that food, raw materials and munitions reached Britain by sea and this month marks the 50th anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic - the period when the Allies gained control. This film reflects the extraordinary bra very of those who took part from the Royal and Merchant Navies, the RAF, and the much-feared German
