Live coverage from Malmo of England's opening Group 1 match where, politics allowing, Graham Taylor 's team should be defending their impressive record against Yugoslavia.
In the last championships, four years ago, England lost all three group matches in the finals, having gone into the tournament as one of the favourites. Taylor's squad will have to guard against over-confidence this time.
