Martin Bashir follows the River Clyde to the village of New Lanark in Scotland, built 200 years ago to house cotton mill workers. When the mills finally closed just over 20 years ago. the village fell into disrepair. Now it's being completely retored, and a new community is building up.

Writer Al Hunter (The Firm) was inspired by the true story of a football team founded to help drug addicts kick their habit. This new BBC film was directed by Robert Young , recently responsible for C4's acclaimed GBH.
