Pop group Deacon Blue and Cathy Dennis (who recently had a Top 10 hit with Touch Me) join Ross King live from the St Helen's Show on Merseyside this morning. Ross will be polishing up his red nose to acquire some circus skills and putting on his riding boots to learn about the ups and downs of international show jumping.
Back in the studio, special guest Sophie Lawrence (Diane in EastEnders) tells Charlotte Hindle and Dianne Oxberry about her new career as a pop singer and performs her new single for the first time on television.
There's also moans, groans and creaky bones from Grandad and cartoon laughs with Babar the Elephant and the merry monsters of Gravedale High.
