What makes some people keep on until they've achieved what they set their hearts on? Bloody-mindedness, obsessiveness, a passion for the best? David Nield is the organist of All Saints Church, Kingston on Thames. When their church organ came to the end of its life, David and the Kingston community wanted nothing but the finest replacement. This meant a visit to Erik Frobenius in Copenhagen, the world's finest builder and designer of church organs. The price was to be a mere quarter of a million pounds. Omnibus tells the story of David Nield's extraordinary dream.
