Weather followed by Miniature Worlds Down in the Duck Pond
A family of ducklings follow their mother down to the pond - an idyllic scene.
But under the surface lurks a whole bestiary of miniature monsters: a hair-like creature without eyes or mouth, a beast armoured in living shells and a bloated bloodsucker that swallows prey as large as itself.... Written and narrated by Peter France

'It's all about you, the great British public,' says Derek Jameson. He's joined by reporters Jeni Barnett , Lucy Pilkington and Chris Serle - they're out searching the nation's byways for extraordinary stories and strange tales.
This week Lucy meets Phil and Jaki Dick - members of an obscure cult - and gets into one of their all-night rituals in Leeds. Chris becomes a 'Tutti' man in deepest Berkshire, where he has to climb a ladder and claim a kiss.
And as for Derek, he's out and about asking the people he meets, 'Hope and Glory! What's your story?' Send your story to: People, BBCtv Kensington House Richmond Way

Two months ago, the BBC1 series Black and White revealed the amount of racial prejudice which still exists in Britain. But what about television itself? Many Afro-Caribbean and Asian viewers remain dissatisfied with the portrayal of black people on television. One of those viewers is Elaine Sihera , who argues in her own film that the black audience is not getting full value for their licence fee. Following her film, other viewers and some of the responsible broadcasters discuss that contention and how further advances in integration should be achieved. Assistant producer
MICHAEL HUTCHINSON
