Two months ago, the BBC1 series Black and White revealed the amount of racial prejudice which still exists in Britain. But what about television itself? Many Afro-Caribbean and Asian viewers remain dissatisfied with the portrayal of black people on television. One of those viewers is Elaine Sihera , who argues in her own film that the black audience is not getting full value for their licence fee.
